Kindly be on standby 30 minutes before your scheduled presentation.
A logistical dry run for your speaker slot will be on the day of the event at 7.30am to 8.30am. Please look for the technical team at the audio console.
Please bring a backup copy of your presentation deck and any videos on a flash drive on the event day. You are also advised to have a copy of your presentation uploaded to your personal/work Cloud Storage system as a contingency.
Your presentation will be recorded for “Conference Name and Organiser” records and may be used in part or whole for publicity purposes.
Presentation font & Typeset
.pptx PowerPoint slide format, set to widescreen 16:9, NOT 4:3.
Minimum font size is at least 24 points and above.
High resolution for all images.
Text within charts and diagrams is legible – no yellow text as it displays poorly in front of spotlights.

To ensure visibility, use a dark-colored font against a light background, or a light-colored font against a dark background.
Include your corporate logo at the bottom of each slide, for heightened publicity.
Your corporate profile should not exceed one slide. If you would like to include corporate social media details or contact information, add them to the last slide.
